Introduction

NZ Force Construction Ltd, is a new commercial construction company, drawing on a solid reputation of its founding members. Geoff Grbin and Hylton Wyndham have, individually, over 20 years’ experience within the construction industry working for well-known and nationally recognised companies within New Zealand. The knowledge and experience brought by, Geoff and Hylton, the staff at NZ Force, our Sub-contractors and suppliers will ensure that our team are able to deliver your project Safely, to the quality expected and within the timescale agreed.

Our Construction experience is complemented by our Directors, Sky Cai and Michelle Fan, extensive experience in development property finance, marketing and sales.

We believe our "across the board” expertise allows us to partner with you at any stage of your development. Whether this is at concept stage to undertake a design and build project or further down the track when your design is developed and need a build only partner. NZ Force Construction will invest in your project through our planning, costing and systems development to ensure that we meet, if not, exceed the objectives of you and the consultant project team.

Over the past 10 years Geoff and Hylton have fostered a close working relationship with many of the market leading suppliers and sub-contractors within New Zealand. We, at NZ Force, believe that the quality of our supply chain and sub-contractors is instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects.

Safety

NZ Force Construction Limited is a member of Site Safe and draws on extensive experience from the New Zealand and United Kingdom construction industry, to develop our safety systems to ensure all practicable steps are taken to conduct our business in a safe and healthy manner.

We have established solid foundations in Health and Safety and are continually developing our system by working with our sub contract and supplier market to make a cultural change around safety.
